Wednesday 25th March 2020

5:55 pm – Flight, Air Vanuatu departs Auckland International Airport.
Pack your togs, sunblock, and an open heart ready to meet your fellow Evolvers.

6:55 pm (local time) – Flight lands at Vanuatu International Airport.
A short flight and you’ll be on the sand in no time.

7.00 pm  – Private airport transfers to Breakas Beach Resort, Vanuatu

7.30 pm – Arrive at Breakas Beach Resort
Settle in, explore the beach, grab some dinner and get ready for the welcome event.

8:30 pm – Welcome event.
A chance to evaluate your situation and set your intentions.

Thursday 26th March 2020

7 – 7.30 am – Morning breathing and meditation with Sarah, Sala
Sarah will take you through a series of breathing techniques that will harness the full power of your breathing mechanism to increase strength, conditioning and focus whilst alleviating the effects of busy lifestyles. 30 minutes is all you need to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

8 – 9 am – Dynamic Yoga with Sarah, Sala
A strong and sweaty flow designed to give you a good work out whilst stretching and releasing your body.

11:00 am – Beach Games with Tom, SwanFit.
Feed your competitive side as you push yourself and your team at the Evolve beach games. (60 people max)

11-12 pm – HIIT Pilates with Kelly, Sala
A mix of high-intensity interval training and Pilates principles. Work the entire body, getting the heart rate up followed by short recovery periods. These energetic classes will strengthen the muscles, boost your metabolism and improve overall fitness.

12:00 pm – Lunch time poolside chillout with DJs Tim Phin & Jarrod Phillips.
Chillout, you deserve it. Have some lunch and groove to our pool-side beats.

Free time – Chillout, take a one-on-one or go on an island adventure.

4-5.30 pm – Yin + Nidra: Chill Out with Hannah, Sala
Unbind, unwind, relax and restore. This class is designed to give the body and mind a complete reset. The yin class will be a series of long-held, floor-based postures designed to open and soften some of the dense connective tissue in the body, release stagnant energy and increase comfort and mobility.
Then lay back and relax as Hannah guides you through Yoga Nidra also known as “yogic sleep.” The process incorporates a body scan, breath meditation and visualisation. 1 hour Nidra equals 4 hours sleep so it is perfect if you feel fatigued or simply wish to give the body and mind some self-repair time!

7:00 pm – Reigniting Your Purpose workshop with Sunniva Holt
Dive into getting clear on your purpose and how to live in alignment with that to create the foundation for a truly successful life.

8:00 pm – Personalised Nutrition seminar with Ben, BePure
Wondering what it really right for you?
Not being one to follow fads and trends, Ben focuses on a personalised and holistic approach when it comes to wellness. Everyone is on their own personal health journey, and what our bodies thrive on is unique. Find out what your personalised diet, lifestyle and nutrition ‘recipe’ is to live your best life. 

Friday 27th March 2020

8-9 am – Hip Hop Yoga with Hannah
Let go of your inhibitions and tune into your natural rhythm in this playful hip-hop Yoga class. Join Hannah for 75 minutes of sweaty vinyasa set to a carefully curated Hip Hop & RnB soundtrack. Originating in the Bronx as a way to get hip-hop obsessed youth involved with the ancient practice of yoga, it has since made its way onto yoga mats worldwide.

9:30 am – Silent breakfast
Mindfulness eating will make you look at food differently. 

11:00 am – Functional Fitness with Tom, SwanFit.
Using a range of body weight movements to get the heart rate high and the calories burning.

4-5.30 pm – Yin Yoga & Meditation with Sarah, Sala
Yin yoga is a static class which focuses on passive, mostly seated postures that target connective tissues. Poses are held for anything between 2 to 6 minutes, aiming to increase flexibility and joint mobility whilst invoking a meditative state of inner calm.

7:00 pm – Talk: Morning Rituals with Sunniva Holt.

Writing is a powerful tool of self-reflection and transformation, enabling us to be both the speaker and listener. Often, we underestimate our abilities to take up new hobbies or pick up the pen and write – we think only writers can write – but really, anyone that writes is a writer. It is the bridge from the heart to the world and I’ve come to see journaling as a love letter to myself. We will explore the potency of our unconscious creativity and cultivate this tool of self-reflection; a playful but powerful form of meditation.

11:00 am – Partner WOD with Tom Swan, SwanFit.
A fun, sweaty, partner workout to get the energy high and the giggles flowing. Working together in a partnership to enhance the workout experience

9:30 pm – Tribal Paint Party with DJs Tim Phin, Jarrod Philips, Marjorie Sinclair and friends.
